I can’t believe it’s already the end of March and I have yet to change any of my old habits. While I didn’t want to go overboard with my New Years resolution, I defintely wanted to change my diet – even if by making small, short-term goals in order to obtain a long term goal of eating healthy and never going back to junk food and bad sugars. I recently discovered Prep Dish and I can’t wait to try it out! So “What is it?,” you might ask. Well, Prep Dish is a meal planning service that e-mails you an organized grocery list and instructions for prepping your meals ahead of time. The key is spending 2-3 hours prepping meals ahead of time, this creates a time saving throughout the week!

Other than the fact the PrepDish provides me with easy-to-use meal plans (who else likes having more free time with the fam?) I like that PrepDish utilizes seasonal ingredients; no more scrambling at 5pm when time gets away from you, no more take-out, and the result is yummy, tasty, chef-created recipes. All recipes call for healthy foods so you can quit processed foods. Most plans are naturally gluten-free and there are also Paleo plans available.
